DIVORCE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is executed between the parties on this _____ at _____
_____ son of _____ resident of _____ (hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY which terms shall where the context so admits, include his heirs, assigns, executors, legal representatives and administrators) of the one part.
And

_____ wife of _____ D/o _____, resident of _____ (hereinafter referred to as the Second Party , which terms shall where the context so admits include his heirs, assigns, executors, successors, legal representatives and administrators) of the other part.

WHEREAS the second party has agreed to make the payment of _____/- (_____) to the first party and the first party has agreed to sign all the documents of the Divorce and any other necessary documents and he will not claim for any amount from the second party in future. The second party will not claim for any amount from the first party as well as from his parents.
